Dr. Leslie Dillard is a number one bestselling author, motivational speaker, spoken word artist, playwright and a licensed financial professional residing in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Dillard officially retired from the U.S. Army after 35 years of service in March 2018. She has served in many capacities, both nationally and internationally. She continues to serve the military community as an independent contractor. 

Dr. Dillard is a dynamic motivational speaker addressing leadership, mentorship, and organizational vision and direction. She is a trainer and enjoys developing curriculum to support any organization’s training goals. As a licensed financial professional, Dr. Dillard entered this space, making it a part of her ministry. Teaching financial literacy and helping families and organizations solidify their financial wellness has become a passion. Dr. Dillard is determined to help families attain generational wealth.
